Back Records Manager & College Archivist

One year fixed term maternity cover:

£26,414 - £35,499 per annum (pro rata for part-time)


The College is currently seeking a Records Manager and College Archivist. The role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis at a minimum of 20 hours to be worked over 4 days per week. A detailed description of the post is outlined in the Further Particulars available through the link below.

The successful candidate will play a full role within the professional team of the Archives Centre, but the core objective of the post is to ensure sound management of the College's records in all formats and to be responsible for GDPR, Freedom of Information and data protection compliance. The post-holder is also responsible for maintaining the College archive including cataloguing and answering enquiries.
